Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are additional and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 business days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx
• Free Shipping (orders over £50): 15-25 business days after dispatch via EMS

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all accessories
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened bird food and seed mixes
• Opened fat balls and suet
• All mealworms and calcium worms
• All LONA Peanut Butter products

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
