• Item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
