Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
– Bird Foods & Seed Mixes (opened packages)
– Fat Balls & Suet (opened packages)
– Mealworms & Calcium Worms (all)
– LONA Peanut Butter (all)
These items are excluded for hygiene reasons and to ensure the health and safety of garden wildlife.
